My name is CINDY ROMANIEC
Welcome to House to Home With Cindy! I am so happy you are here and would like to share a little bit about myself. My passion for real estate began when I was in high school when I would go to all of the open houses I could find. I just couldn’t get enough then and I still can’t. Once I realized I could help others find their dream homes, I went to real estate school and got my license in 2006. I love sharing with other people the joy I get from matching a client to their perfect home and I do everything in my power to help them get that home.
I represent Denver Metro Area homeowners and future homeowners and I am your local area expert. I am committed to listening to my client’s needs and use my experience and negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction.
I have seen many of the ups and downs the market has taken over the last sixteen years and know how to navigate through all of them. My goal is to help you sell what no longer suits you and help you find your new perfect home while making it as stress-free to you as possible.
I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a B.A.S. degree in Public Service and through my real estate career, I have earned several designations to include:
